Made a bit more progress on this. So far so good 😊 I’m hoping to finish the Joplin painting 🖼️ before the end of the week but who’s to say it will 🤣 I haven’t painted in forever, so here is me fleshing out a Janis Joplin design. Haven’t gotten far at all and still working out the lighting from the reference since it is so funky and picking out colors. I was going to do an orange palette 🎨 but I’m a little undecided 🤷‍♀️ I’m trying something out, and I spent a good solid hour trying to figure out the sketch and where I wanted this character to go.
